Hitachi’s ZW220-G wheel loader is a workhorse for harsh conditions

The Hitachi ZW220-G wheel loader is available in the Middle East market as a rebranded version of the KCM 80Z5 model from Kawasaki Construction Machinery (KCM), following the final merger of KCM and Hitachi Construction Machinery in 2019.

The ZW220-G has a bucket capacity of 2.6–4.5m3 and operating weight of 17,615–17,850kg. The Japanese-made HINO J08C-TI diesel engine of the wheel loader does not require any special diagnostic equipment or computer for service. Compared with electronic controlled high pressure fuel injection system, a wide range of fuel and engine oil can be used.
